Outreach Through the Arts (OTTA) is focused on making music education accessible to underserved youth. At Outreach Through the Arts, we are dedicated to breaking barriers and ensuring that every underserved youth has the opportunity to explore the world of music. Through our innovative programs, we strive to cultivate a community where the universal language of music becomes a powerful tool for personal growth and social change. Together, lets create a symphony of possibilities and inspire the next generation of passionate musicians and confident leaders.
